Swedish massage is a relaxation massage used to relax the entire body. this is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding stroke in the direction of the blood returning to the heart. Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood and flexibility while easing tension. Swedish massage de-creases in levels of cortisol as well as arginine vascopressina hormone that can lead to increases in cortisol. It also increases the number of lymphocytes, white blood cells that are part of the immune system and a boost in the immune system.

 

Hot Stone Massage:

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly. This is the a great massage the rocks really penetrate the tissue with the heat of the stones, your body will thank you for this treatment.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is one of my personal favorites as I concentrate on really reaching those painful knots and tense muscles. This massage is head to toe care making sure you leave feeling completely renewed with all those aching muscles taken care of. All massages are done with all natural massage oil or massage bars scented with essential oils or non-scented. At the end of the massage I will apply a hot towel treatment to fully release toxins from the body.

Foot & Hand Reflexology Massage:45min hands, feet & legs massage $65

Foot and hand reflexology is a very old technique designed to help with digestion, fatigue, headaches and so much more. Body Scrub 1HR

Enjoy a full body exfoliation with salt scrub to rid your body of dead skin, after your exfoliation I will hot towel wrap you and do a full body rub with highly concentrated creams from neck to feet. $105
